This first punch I’ve had at a couple baby showers, and loved it (even though I’m not a big coffee person.) The second punch I haven’t had, but Currin Ann says it’s delicious. It makes me think of my friend Pam, since she loves peppermint ice cream.

French Iced Coffee from Tricia Bates
3 cups strong coffee
1 ¾ cups sugar
1 pint (2 cups) Half and Half
1 quart (4 cups) milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Dissolve sugar in hot coffee. Cool. Add other ingredients. Pour into milk jug to freeze. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving. Mix and serve very icy. Makes 2 quarts.
Peppermint Punch from Currin Ann Seeley
1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
1 quart (4 cups) club soda
1/2 gallon egg nog
1 peppermint stick, crushed
whipped cream
Mix ice cream with egg nog, then add club soda. When serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

The Frecch Iced Coffee looks really really really good! I’m going to try this one, but with decaf.
