We seem to be slowing down over the summer here. I think school is just about done so I imagine people will be going on vacations. I wonder how many of us will be driving to our vacation spot? With gas being so expensive these days Rob and I try to work from home as much as possible.
We’re going to Puerto Rico for a week in late July for my aunt’s 60th birthday party! It’ll be just as hot there as here, except there’s not AC in her condo.
What are you doing this summer?

I am NOT slowing down. I tell you, I think the next couple of weeks are going to be busier than most of the rest of the year. And then after that Jason will be taking a class for 4 weeks. Then, maybe, just maybe, we’ll take a week’s vacation and relax at the beach.

We’ll be going to North Carolina in August. Other than that, I plan on scheduling some fun stuff for the kiddos around town that won’t cost too much. I am going to have to plan things almost like a school teacher would, by trying to keep some kind of structure to their days at home, or else my three kids will drive themselves and me nuts!! I’ve already gone out to a teacher supply store to gather up some materials for some good learning…I guess you could say it will be a little bit like I am homeschooling them for a little while.
