		<description>I think for me it would be that wanting better relationships doesn't make me needy.  Also, I found a theme of "just do it" throughout the book.  If we have feelings and desires to broaden and deepen our relationships, we need to do something about it, not just stew or get depressed.  The book was freeing and empowering in that way - for me, at least.</description>
