Chocolate Chip Poundcake

4 eggs

1 1/4 cup water

1 yellow cake mix

1 package instant jello pudding

2/3 cup oil

1 cup chocolate chips

Mix all together and pour into greased loaf pan.  Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes (until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.)
