You may be asking yourself, “What’s with the Chocolate?

That’s a good question.

Much like a box of chocolates, we believe that the Women’s Ministry provides many different choices for women desiring to be involved at University Presbyterian Church of Orlando.

Similarly, while not everyone likes every piece of chocolate in an assortment box, neither will every Bible study or event suit every woman’s taste.

It is our goal, however, that every woman at UPC can find something she likes in our “box of chocolates.”

We hope you are challenged to see your relationship with God, and with other women at UPC like chocolate: something sweet to satisfy the cravings of your heart.

The History Behind the Chocolate
Several years ago University Presbyterian Church in Orlando decided to sport a new look: storefronts. It was like walking through a neighborhood shop district complete with a cinema, a coffeehouse, a chocolate shoppe!

Each community of UPC had a storefront to display announcements, events, and opportunities for the people of that community to get together.

As you may have guessed, our storefront was “The Chocolate Shoppe.”
